Private companies wishing to successfully pursue business growth, and maximise their market value, usually do so by being able to demonstrate a very clear and sustainable Competitive Advantage, which is supported by the growth enablers of appropriate Policies, Processes and Procedures.
· Processes should include disciplined, but practical (fit for purpose), Governance, Strategic Planning and Business Case capabilities.
· Governance processes should provide the equivalent effect of a full Board of Directors (or an Advisory Committee - or similar) depending upon business size etc.
· Governance processes include and validate suitable delegation of authority, including functional strategic, financial, operational, and risk management reporting. ‘Formalising’ these Value Driver Processes has the effect of reducing Key Man Risk (amongst others) which otherwise always devalue SME type businesses.
We can advise on, and help create (or optimise), these important Value Drivers.
-
Independent analysis of proposed Projects, Transactions (complex and 'simple'), Acquisitions, Divestments, and Capital Requirements to maximise Financial, Strategic & Operational planning and outcomes – remembering all businesses are the result of a series of business cases (formal, informal, successful or otherwise).
